2.0 — two ways to buy

Rent ours, or we build yours on your floor

If your constraint is "not on foreign-owned infrastructure," renting from us solves it. If your constraint is "the data does not leave this building," renting solves nothing and you need hardware on site. We do both, and we'll tell you honestly which one you actually need.

Reserve capacity in Toronto Our node, our site, direct SSH, monthly. Fastest path — running in days, no capital, no facilities work. Right answer when the requirement is Canadian jurisdiction and Canadian ownership.
Node supplied and installed on your site We spec, source, build, burn in, and install GPU nodes in your facility. You own the hardware outright, on your network, behind your firewall — air-gapped if that's the requirement. Right answer when data physically cannot leave your premises.
The whole environment, not just the box Rack and physical install · power and circuit planning with a licensed electrical contractor · UPS sizing, install and tested failover · thermal load and cooling · network feeds including a second carrier for failover · monitoring so you know before it's down. A server on a shelf with no power headroom and no cooling plan is a future outage, not a deployment.

Why us for the facilities half: we've done it for ourselves, at the awkward scale where it actually bites — eight Blackwell cards on a constrained service, dual rack UPS with the input voltage and transfer behaviour verified under load rather than assumed, dual-carrier internet with failover, and continuous recording so a drop gets diagnosed instead of guessed at. Electrical work is performed by a licensed contractor under permit; we do the design, integration, and the part where it has to actually stay up.
